Samsung may launch Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet in August
Samsung Electronics has sent out an invite to the media stating that they are unveiling a new Galaxy device August 15.A report by CNET states, “The division that sent the e-mail, Samsung Electronics America, usually handles launches for non-smartphone devices, like tablets.”
The Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is an Android 4.0 tablet made with note taking in mind. Unlike many other tablets, it comes with a special stylus – the S Pen, which offers precision superior to that of generic capacitive styli. In terms of specs, its 10.1-inch PLS TFT display has a resolution of 1280 by 800 pixels,
and its quad-core processor runs at 1.5GHz. A pair of cameras is also on board – 3MP main one with auto-focus and LED flash, and a 2MP front-facing shooter.
A high level of build quality and good performance make the Galaxy Tab 10.1 a device well worth hunting down for the right price.
